Simply choose the right room for you and look forward to relaxing days in the Ferienhaus Oberreiter in Flachau. Our prices include our extensive breakfast buffet – of course, including Wi-Fi, parking, and many other inclusive services. Treat yourself to a break - here you can leave everyday life behind!
Important booking information
- Room rates are per person per night including breakfast from the buffet.
- Prices are exclusive of local tax (€ 3.50 per day / person from age 14)
- The surcharge for short stays from 2 nights is € 10.00 per night.
- You can pay the bill in cash or with card.
- All rooms are non-smoking rooms. A balcony or terrace is available for smokers.
- Check-In: Your room will be available on the day of arrival from 14:00. If you are arriving after 18:00, please let us know.
- Check-Out: Please vacate your room on the day of departure by 10 am at the latest.
- Dog: In summer on request. Please register your dog when making your reservation (€ 10.00 per day). In winter no dogs are allowed.
- The booking conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
- We recommend taking out travel insurance, for example with the European Travel Insurance.
