Apartment Prices
Simply choose the suitable apartment and look forward to relaxing days in the Ferienhaus Oberreiter in Flachau. The prices of course include Wi-Fi, parking, and many more inclusions. Our extensive breakfast buffet is bookable for you. Treat yourself to some time off - here you can leave everyday life behind!
Important Booking Information
- The apartment prices are per apartment per night without meals. Breakfast can be added.
- The prices are exclusive of local tax (€ 3.50 per day / person from 14 years)
- The surcharge for short stays from 2 nights amounts to € 10.00 per night.
- You can pay the bill in cash or with card.
- All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smokers can use the balcony or terrace.
- Check-In: Your room will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 18:00, please let us know.
- Check-Out: Please vacate your room by 10:00 at the latest on the day of departure.
- Dog: In summer on request. Please register your dog when making the reservation (€ 10.00 per day). In winter, no dogs are allowed.
- The booking conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
- We recommend taking out travel insurance, for example with the European Travel Insurance.
